Audit Sprint
A website audit: you pay for a decision, not an 80-page PDF
The 2026 market is full of “SEO audits” from PLN 500 that are a plugin scan, and “complete audits” at five figures with a 200-point checklist nobody will ship. My Audit Sprint costs from PLN 1,500 because the product is a decision: implement, wait, or cut scope. Twenty minutes up front is free and often enough to say “do not close this”. The sprint starts when we must enter analytics, process and numbers — not an opinion on button colour.
Twenty minutes versus a sprint — do not mix the products
Free 20 minutes: a map on paper, a package order of magnitude, whether we even talk. Sprint: funnel or process bottlenecks, 30/60/90-day priorities, ROI and integration-risk estimates, one recommendation. Sprint fee may credit a build if both sides see a point. I do not credit it toward “yet another brief”.
| 20 min | Audit Sprint from PLN 1.5k | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | Whether to implement at all | What to implement in which order |
| Input | A conversation | Access to analytics / process / rates |
| Output | A package or a stop | A document + a 30/60/90 decision |
| SEO scan | I do not pretend it is an audit | On-page and CWV as part of the funnel, not a religion |
What you do not buy for PLN 500 “quick scan”
An indexation and title scan can be a useful annex. It does not say whether you have the wrong channel, path or follow-up. Why the site does not sell splits those buckets. An audit that ends as 80 meta fixes with no business is cheap conscience, not a decision.
- I do not promise a Google rank in 30 days.
- I do not sell HowTo schema or 2019 tricks.
- I do not add fake reviews as a “trust quick win”.
- I do not audit I DRIVE CARS as live or Agentic as your case.
How I judge whether a sprint has a right to close
If after 20 minutes a PLN 2,000 brochure (Start) will do, I do not push a sprint. If a PLN 80k platform shows up without named metrics — sprint first or stop. Website pricing and packages are public so you do not guess the order of magnitude before the call.
What you bring so I do not guess
- Sources of recent enquiries (even a 90-day inbox).
- Search Console, or an admission you have none.
- The mail path after the form and reply time.
- Numbers you do not want public — they stay under NDA, not on the blog.
After the sprint we either implement in a 90-day mode or we part without drama. A third option “let us do another quarter of discovery” does not interest me.
What you bring so the audit is not guesswork
Without materials the sprint becomes theatre. I need the production URL, a mobile path recording (or I open it myself), enquiry sources for 90 days if Search Console exists, and what happens to mail after the form. If nobody replies for three days, a website audit ends as “you die in the inbox”, not “wrong button colour”.
I do not require a full CRM. I require honesty: how many enquiries actually arrive, how much is junk, how many become a conversation. If you measure nothing, a map is still possible — but 30/60/90 priorities stay cautious, because hypotheses have no numeric anchor. I do not invent a “industry-average conversion rate” for you.
- Production URL and staging if it exists — so I do not audit a dummy.
- Who answers enquiries and at what SLA. Silence is a diagnosis.
- Whether you pay for traffic. A paid click on slow LTE exposes INP faster than an organic stroll.
- Integrations that “must stay”: calendar, payments, KSeF, PMS. That changes sprint depth.
The funnel map you leave with — not a moodboard
The sprint output is one document: bottlenecks, repair order, package order of magnitude, go/no-go. You do not get 40 slides of “2026 best practices”. You get: clicks die here, mail dies here, there is no offer here. If follow-up is the bottleneck, I do not sell a rebrand. If price is missing, I do not sell a blog.
A fee from PLN 1,500 tracks depth, not theatrical hours. Lower end: one path, one language, no integrations. Upper: several paths, paid traffic, a panel or booking in the background. The free 20 minutes stay free — a filter on whether we talk at all. I do not credit those 20 minutes toward “yet another brief”.
If we proceed to a build, the sprint fee may be credited. If we do not, you keep the map and the priorities. That is the product. A PDF that says “your site could be prettier” without a decision is not.
What a website audit with me deliberately excludes
- Google rankings. I do not have your link profile or penalty history. I can say whether the URL is crawlable and whether the title lies.
- A pen-test or a legal GDPR audit. I can flag obvious form leaks. I do not replace a law firm.
- A fake benchmark that “competitors convert at 4.2%”. I do not have their CRM. I do not guess.
- A promise that after the sprint “we definitely build”. Some sprints end in a stop. That is a win if the stop saves forty thousand.
When the sprint is a bad purchase
If you need a document for a tender so I “confirm” a board decision already taken — I decline. If you want praise for a ThemeForest theme because the CEO likes purple — also no. Audit Sprint is allowed to be uncomfortable. It must say whether a B2B company website is even the right product, or whether you need a funnel, a panel, or nothing except the discipline of answering mail.
It is also a bad purchase when there is no owner on your side. I will not chase three people for photo status. A sprint without an owner produces a PDF that dies in Drive. An owner has budget and a calendar, not “the social-media person who will collect feedback”.
How we book the sprint so a week is not wasted
Audit Sprint does not start with “send access to everything”. First 20 minutes: whether there is anything to talk about. If yes, I write down which access is needed and in which window. Analytics, recordings, the inbox — without that the map will be polite and useless. I do not stretch kick-off into three status meetings. One entry, one document, a decision. If mid-way there is no owner on your side, I stop the clock. Better to halt than invoice a PDF that will die in Drive.
After the sprint there is no “maybe we pass the hero again”. There is 30/60/90 or a stop. If we go to a build, crediting the fee is in the contract, not a promise on a call. If we do not, you keep the map. That is the only website audit I want to sell: one after which someone may say no. The rest of the market sells checklists that always end in “you need more SEO”.
Questions
Does 20 minutes replace a paid audit?
Often yes, when the decision is “do not implement” or “a brochure is enough”. The sprint is for when we must count a process or funnel on numbers.
Do you credit the sprint toward a site?
Yes, when both sides go into a build after the sprint. Not as a coupon forever.
Is this an SEO audit?
On-page SEO and speed enter if they block conversion or indexation. I do not sell monthly ranking work inside the sprint.
How many pages do you review?
As many as the decision needs, not “every URL on a 10k-page site”. Enterprise commerce is another service I do not impersonate here.
Is the free 20 minutes a hidden sales webinar?
No. It is a filter on whether we talk at all. Some calls end as “do not ship”. I do not credit those 20 minutes toward another brief. If we then go into Audit Sprint, a fee from PLN 1,500 is a separate product: a map, 30/60/90 priorities, a go/no-go. The sprint may credit a build when both sides see a point — not when someone wants a PDF for a tender that rubber-stamps a decision already taken.
What do you need from us so the audit is not guesswork?
A production URL, a recording or access to the path on a phone, enquiry sources for 90 days if they exist, and what happens to mail after the form. If nobody replies for three days, the diagnosis will be “you die in the inbox”, not “wrong CTA colour”. I do not require a full CRM. I require honesty about enquiry volume and junk. I do not invent an industry conversion rate I have no right to know.
Do we always build a site after the sprint?
No. A successful sprint is sometimes a stop that saves 40k on the wrong product. If follow-up is the bottleneck, I do not sell a rebrand. If price is missing, I do not sell a blog. Live proof I can click with you is Mint Apartments and Plumm. I DRIVE CARS is not live. Agentic is internal. An audit is not other people’s LinkedIn case studies.
